The UK government announced more UK Businesses to reopen from 4 July 2020. This is the third step of the Government’s plan to slowly and steadily reopen the UK economy. UK is slowly coming out from the lockdown due to COVID-19 outbreak.
First, outdoors markets and cars showrooms were allowed to reopen from 1 June 2020. Subsequently, followed by non-essential businesses to reopen from 15 June.
This coming 4 July 2020, the businesses are allowed to reopen must comply with COVID-19 secure measures. For example. to comply with the required social distancing requirements within the business premises.
We can eat out again
Restaurants, bars and cafes in Westminster London will have outdoor seating for their customers. Some road will be temporary closed for this purpose.
It is nice to be able to eat out again in restaurants. Of course, you can only go out to Restaurants with people from the same household or support bubbles or with one other household, or with up to five other people outdoors.

- Hairs salons and barbers including mobile businesses. Nail, beauty and tanning services are not allowed at this point.

- Theatres and Concert halls (no live performance is allowed).

- Outdoor gyms and playgrounds
- Museums and galleries
- Bingo halls
- Outdoor skating rinks
- Amusement arcades and other entertainment centres
- Model villages
- Social clubs
- Indoor attractions at aquariums, zoos, safari parks, farms, wildlife centres and any place where animals are exhibited to the public as an attraction
- Indoor and outdoor attractions such as gardens, heritage sites, film studios and landmarks

Support for UK companies
During this COVID-19 outbreak, Companies House encourages its customers to submit documents online. You can submit the following documents online.

- Changes to your company’s details such as a director have resigned or a new director was appointed.
All you need is your company’s authentication code issued by Companies House. The authentication code is the electronic equivalent of your company’s director(s) signatures. Keep safe your authentication code.
If you are unable to complete your company accounts due to the interruption from this COVID-19 outbreak, you can apply to Companies House to extend your company accounts filing deadline without incurring a late filing penalty.
Companies House has also created an interim paperless filing service to accept documents which must be delivered on a paper form with a live signature.
