You can submit a Second Filing to correct errors on your LLP record. For example, your LLP partner’s date of birth was incorrect on the form LL AP01 form submitted to Companies House. In this circumstance, you can submit a Second Filing to correct errors on the date of birth. You must complete the form LL RP04 and in the case where you opted in the PROOF scheme, the form PR03 is required.
