Avoid late filing penalty
Every limited company registered with Companies House in the United Kingdom must file their company accounts every year. There is no exception for a dormant company too.
Companies House issues an automatic late filing penalty when your accounts are filed late even just by one day. Even if your lateness was due to Companies House returns your accounts for amendment and your subsequent filing was late. You would still get a late filing penalty.
The penalty starts from £150 to £1500. So it is important that you set aside time to prepare and submit your company accounts to Companies House on time. If you do not have the time, let us help you.
In addition, remember to submit your confirmation statement to Companies House.
