Startup company accounts package

Startup account package is suitable for limited company with annual sales up to and not more than £84,000 for a financial year, and business assets up to and less than £1 million, number of staff no more than 10, the number of transactions per financial year is up to and not more than 150 and the company must not be VAT registered business.

The package includes the following services:

1. Year-end statutory accounts preparation and submission to Companies House.
2. One set of Director Report (the full account) for the shareholder.
3. Completion of corporation tax returns including filing with HM Revenue and Customs.
4. Corporation tax computation.
5. Our Accountants will deal with query on your company’s affairs from the Registrar of Companies and HM Revenue and Customs.
