Your score for your staff’s ability to learn

Your score must match your staff’s learning new things ability.

Give a high score to staff who is able to learn things fast. For example, in your finance department, the staff managed to extract and produce draft company accounts for the last-minute management meeting.

Give a low score to staff who is very old-school fashion and has difficulty adapting to the new change. For instance, the staff dislikes your business moving into the digital era. For example, they prefer to submit a paper form confirmation statement to Companies House instead of doing it online.

Consider having a reward system in place for high achiever staff. For example, a bonus payment or extra holiday and so on.
