Your score for Teamwork

Your score must match your staff’s ability to work as a team.

Give a high score to staff showing the ability to deliver outstanding results in a team. For example, the staff is well-liked by peers and willingly helped other teammates to complete the confirmation statement filings to avoid missing the statutory deadline.

Low score to staff received multiple unfavorable feedback from teammates. For instance, the staff’s lack of cooperation with other teammates resulted in a delay in the delivery of company accounts to Companies House.

consider having a reward system in place for high achiever staff. For example, a bonus payment or extra holiday and so on. For low-score staff, you may consider re-training the staff.
