Take note that your directors’ date of birth would remain part of the public register even after you withdraw your election to keep your directors’ information on the public register.

You can elect to keep your Register of members on Companies House Register. With this election, you do not have to maintain your own register of members (shareholders).

Take note that once you elected to keep your Register of members on Companies House register, each member’s address will become publicly available.

Complete the form EH05 to keep your Register of members on the Companies House register

For this, you must complete and submit the Companies House form EH05.

You would require the following information to complete your EH05 form.

  • Your company registration number
  • Your company name in full. Only use an approved abbreviation if you would like to abbreviate your company name.
  • The name and address of each member (shareholder) if you are a company with share capital.
  • For a company without share capital, you must provide name, address and date became a member.

Keep the Register of PSC on Companies House register

You can use the Companies House form EH04 to elect to keep the Register of PSC on Companies House register. PSC stands for People of Significant Control. You can also use the form EH04 to elect to keep relevant legal entities (RLEs) and other registrable persons (ORPs) on the Companies House Register. With this election, you do not have to maintain your own register of people with significant control.

Take note that once you elected to have your register of PSC on the public register, each PSC’s birth date will be published in full. This information will permanently remain part of the public record.

Complete the form EH04 to Keep the Register of PSC on the Companies House register

You must complete and submit the Companies House form EH04.
