Companies House must be informed of this event in order for your director to resign to be official. The date of your director resign would be registered in your company record with Companies House.
The date of your director resignation must be presented in your company confirmation statement. Your Confirmation Statement will be rejected if your director has resigned from office and a correct Companies House form has yet been filed with Companies House.
